In my role as graphic designer and project coordinator, I undertook the exciting challenge of organizing a transformative 8-day retreat for REveal & REwild, in collaboration with SharedInk, the freelancing agency that entrusted me with this task. This unique retreat, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Borneo, aimed to not only foster camaraderie among existing members and a transformative experience but also attract potential new ones. Serving as the creative mind behind the visual aspects and simultaneously orchestrating the logistics, I meticulously planned and coordinated flights, curated a diverse and delicious menu, and arranged captivating excursions to ensure an unforgettable experience. The successful execution of this project required adept budgeting skills, and I managed resources effectively, achieving 15% in cost savings without compromising the quality of the event. The retreat not only strengthened team bonds but also enhanced the company's image, fostering positive relationships among members and leaving a lasting impact on all participants.
